Our Worflow

We aim to follow a project through from initial meeting to launch within 4-6 x weeks of agreed quotation, in some instances depending on the project, this can be done sooner:

    • We arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements, either in person or by e mail or phone
    • Once we have a clear picture of your requirements, we will detail the brief and provide a written quotation
    • If in agreement we would then require a purchase order and a signed contract with a deposit of 50% of the agreed quote
    • We then get to work with the initial design and provide an on-line log in to discuss the process
    • Once the initial design is done we discuss further with the client, make any changes or ammendments
    • We progress this further until happy
    • We populate the site with content from the client
    • We then start testing the site on the live server
    • Again discuss any ammendments with the client and carry these out
    • We then ask the client to familiarize themselves with the site and we carry out any training required
    • At the agreed time we create any site E Mail addresses, test and launch the site
    • Within 7 x days of site launch, the remaining 50% payment balance becomes due
    • When balance is paid, we issue a 'launch pack', containing backups of all documents, log ins etc
    • We always then follow up the launch aprox 2 x weeks later to check everything is as intended with the site

    Good communication is essential when developing a new website, as standard we use Google Documents to share documents quickly and easily, for the design stage we use Acrobat Web Conferencing to share our desktop screen to enable interaction in 'real-time' with the client. The client can access the screen at a pre determined date & time and are able to comment live on the design process.

    These two services come as standard and are free within the development process to use.

Our Hosting has 3 data centers situated around the world. In North America and Australasia it utilizes Primus Telecom (NASDAQ: PRTL) data centers. In Europe it utilizes NTT Communications (NYSE: NTT). These data centers are some of the best on offer within the hosting industry. They offer high bandwidth internet connectivity, redundant power supplies, multi-layers of security, fire protection services and dedicated
professionals 24x7 - all aimed at maintaining the integrity and performance of customers' needs.

Equipment Overview

Our Hosting provider owns and manages its own hardware infrastructure within each data center. Only brand server equipment such as HP, Dell and Super Micro are used by our hosting provider.
